I have been invited(together with a bunch of other tech bloggers) to have dinner with Lenovo this Thursday.

The PC maker, based in China, produces desktops, laptops, servers, handheld computers, imaging equipment, and mobile phone handsets.  The company acquired IBM personal computing division back in 2005.

What is the dinner all about? The quote below was extracted from the invitation:

“We’ll showcase some of our new ‘Supermodel’ products like the All-in-One Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 with the 4-in-1 motion sensing wireless controller as well as enjoy some great conversation over food & drinks. We can chat about trends in the PC space and hear from you what you think of our brand. No holds barred. ”

So now you know!! I will be getting mt hands on the All-in-One Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 which have been made available recently.

“Lenovo’s just announced their newest desktop – the IdeaCentre A600 – for all to wonder at. This puppy’s got a 21.5-inch (1920×1080) HD panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio, and the PC packs a choice of Intel Core 2 Duo CPUs, optional ATI Radeon graphics, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and an up to 1TB hard drive. Optional to the system is a remote control which can also be used as a game controller, a VOIP handset to make and receive calls, and as an air mouse — that’s a lot of functions!”-Source

The complete features of the Lenovo IdeaCentre A600 can be found here and available at a recommended price of $999.

More updates after this Thursday!!
