Apple Acknowledges Problems With Ipad

Apple is finally acknowledging complaints from users about problems with the company’s latest innovation, the iPad. Since it was released 5 days ago, a growing number of buyers are reporting that they are unable to connect to Wi-Fi networks with the device.

While some users reportedly could not get a connection at all, others are saying their Wi-Fi connections were weak. They also claim that other wireless devices were able to connect without any issues at the same spot where the iPad was failing.

Offering several solutions, Apple has responded with a post on its technical support site saying “Under certain conditions, iPad may not automatically rejoin a known Wi-Fi network after restart or waking from sleep.”

Several users commented on a message board on Apple’s support site that laying the iPad on a flat surface made the problem worse. The company took its time in responding to a request from CNN.com about the complaints and an e-mail asking about the proposed solutions.
